Fixed your link. That fart pedal makes me die a little inside, just a matter of time before Mononeon plays Donna Lee through it.

This looks interesting though, wonder if it clips the loop to the beat. I can't get a decent loop for the life of me.

I think they've added AI enhancements to do just that:
Time-stretch functionality, tap-tempo support, and quantization for precise looping are on tap, too, as Mooer looks to leave no stone unturned.
Of course, now I am VERY curious to see what sorts of enhancements AI could bring to the fart pedal

I wish they would stop calling everything AI. I inherently don't like it because of the AI marketing. I do suppose this is AI in the right capacity, correcting my pedal clicks so the user can focus on the art.

AI? It’s not artificial intelligence, it’s artificial ignorance.

In the earlier days (2013-2015) a lot of us just called it Statistical Learning, which described a class of algorithms that learn from data without being explicitly programmed and outperform algorithms that are explicitly programmed. Unfortunately, dumber terms like "data science" (2015-2018) and "artifical intelligence" (2020-present) have prevailed. I think Machine Learning is the correct middle ground.

However, I'm not a stickler. You guys being opinionated on what gets called AI is like a dentist coming here to tell you that Pat Metheny isn't jazz. Oh wait.
