I think Harley Benton makes a similar guitar for quite cheap (I assume you mean a Nylon string guitar - Multiacc's come in many incarnations).

I do not have details or links, but I do remember hearing very passable sounding demos on YouTube.

Sorry for not being more specific!
    Good luck!

Do you need synth access, or simply an electroacoustic nylon/steel string that is not very loud acoustically ?

    Maybe Cremona Rondo Thinline:

Ive been playing a crafter sac-tmvs nylon string on gigs... might be a little beyond your price point, but it seems a capable axe.

I know a guy who uses a Yamaha Silent for gigs, and swears by it.

Yeah, I think we'd need to know if you need the synth access to really answer, but if it's just a near silent amplified nylon string you desire, the Yamaha Silent Nylon is not a bad choice at all.

I like my Michael Kelly Rick Turner N6 semi-hollow nylon guitar. It does sustain almost like a solid body guitar. I find the response characteristics from one note to another to be amazingly consistent.

    simply an electroacoustic nylon

Has anyone had a good go with one of those Harley Bentons? Cheap and cheerful? (Obviously a Crafter clone.)

I have both the Godin Multiac Nylon and the original Yamaha Silent Nylon.

I prefer the neck on the Yamaha. But, the Yamaha quacks from the piezo.

The Godin does not quack, so it sounds better.

    A couple of other observations.

The upper bout on the Yamaha feels high and a little sharp. Hurts the underside of my right arm. I think they may have fixed that in the second version. Not a problem standing up.

The jacks have loosened up on the Yamaha and I'm going to have to resolder them inside eventually.

The Yamaha sounds very good, other than the quack.

The Godin has a short lower bout. It slips off my leg when I play sitting, forcing me to use a strap.

The Godin fed back extremely easily. I had to fill it with foam. Solved the problem, but it's now heavy.

The Godin is more trebly than you'd expect. I have to turn off all the mids and treble and push the bass up to get a soft sound. I checked with RMC (electronics guys on this guitar) and they said there's nothing I can do to change it. Basically, I don't care for the range of EQ available.

    So, neither guitar is perfect.

I have had my eyes on these Kremonas for while. Cannot decide which one(s) would fit my needs.

So many variables: Long neck or short neck, wide nut or narrow nut, deep body or narrow body....

My nylons are killing me! Again!

A light touch and good EQ can offset piezo electric quack.

I have the newer Yamaha Silent with the mic modeling, it does not quack, it sounds natural, not unlike my Asturias Standard with a K&K 4 spot, but without the hassle of needing so much gain. I did tie wrap a piece of foam on the upper 'bought to relieve arm pressure, it's stiff foam and works great. I also, have a Godin ACS that I'm using for all that delicious, accessible neck playing solo or with the few groups I'm in. I use this with a GR33 synth to make other instrument type noises. I had a hard time getting the Guitar from the ACS to sound good. I was using lots of tuning on a TC play acoustic live to get it to sound reasonable. However, I just got a Boss Katana 50 Mk2, and on the acoustic setting the ACS sounds great. The ACS seems to have a natural reverb to it, probably based on so little acoustic energy being taken from the strings, so I needs not effects at all. The lowest reverb and delay settings are useful in some pieces. But this is a no muss, no fuss, set up, and the tone controls on both the ACS and the Katana are fine at flat.
