Just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions since that last thread. More than a few suggested choices at that time were unavailable, or the pages were deadends, etc.

I like a nice used couch myself. Preferably one that smells like cigs instead of cats. You can smoke cigars and spill beer on it and when you move you just throw it in the trash and get a new used one when you get to where you are going instead of having to uhaul that puppy.

This is my dream chair. A friend has one and he bought the height-adjust option so you can raise or lower seat height. He has his nickname written on it. It is a bit expensive.

I have this one and am quite happy with it for the most part (although I would like to have a greater adjustable height range)

Roc n soc is the greatest. Plenty of options: back, wheels, etc. solid enough to handle a drummer and we all know they’re insane. The saddle cut of the seat is very comfy and supportive.
Costs but better than trying another seat every year)

I like the SoundSeat. I've had it a couple years. One downside is it was claimed to be quite, but as it has broken in it squeeks and creeks more than I'd like.

Very comfortable tho (which was the main thing)

Think I still want a a Roc Soc throne as well so I can record without the squeeks
