Judging from a glimpse of the tailpiece, an Ibanez GB something.

Looks like a modified GB20.

Modifies yes: P90, volume and tone controls, some boilerplate on the headstock.

His sound with his L-7C and P-90 is one of the best jazz guitar tones I have ever heard. And he sounds great here with an Ibanez set up similarly.
