I Will be posting some nice warm Up exercises I have been using.

This is one of my favourites. Start fast and changed tempo. Reps 20. A short phrase but works to warm up

Skip warming up play a melody. I warm up practicing tunes bebop in particular. Play changes to a tune bottom line is practice what you are going to play and play slow enough to not make mistakes.

yes that works too, but also playing nice songs since they are slow, i also warm up like that. I used to use this to warm up
