Chick Corea style 5 over 4 Gm pentatonic scale pattern
This is a simple and cool technique for playing 5 over 4 lines.
It's simply a 4 note Gm pentatonic sequence with a single rest in between each 4 note sequence, giving you a 5 over 4
(quintuplet) feel, without having to work out and actually play quintuplets.
It uses slurs which further fluidifies the sound.
There are actually many ways to pick this. This first - as I show here - is simply to use
alternate picking. The 2nd which I will leave up to you, is to use hybrid picking and alternate beween the
middle, ring and pick.
Remember, I give private lessons so hmu if you're interested. More info on my website.

What's the chord punches in the background? Pentatonic triads, maybe?
