Thx a lot! I started shedding jazz blues all the time in 2021. It was giving me a fit with the phrasing of the 1,4,5 chords but then the quick changes too. I thought if I practice one thing, I'm doing jazz blues, and I'm doing it until I get it if it kills me. I thought I was never going to get it. I guess it finally took lol.
