Easy TAB creator

What is the easiest TAB creator out there? I do not even need it to supply standard notation. I just want to map out a few simple chord melodies. I know paper and pencil

Tux guitar is pretty basic.
Download :: TuxGuitar

It opens .gpx and .ptb files. Exports as PDF, midi and audio if you want. Imports midi.
