This big-bodied Lang guitar from a quite short period between the early to mid 1960s, in pretty good condition, was offered privately last autumn for Euro 3,900.
Now it's for sale by a commercial seller - they are now demanding Euro 6,950 (no affiliation with the seller).
The instrument may be worth it, but that hefty price increase in less than one year does not bode well for the players in future: Deluxe [Objekt #5784] ca. 1960 | A-1193 (vintage-guitar.de) .

Somehow, acoustically, lacking a bit of the Langs' inherent brilliance - older flat-wound strings on that clip, I assume.
Also, unlike in the video, amplified Lang guitars, and many other great carved archtops, sound best on some 1960s over-engineered Hohner amps, the fabulous Orgaphon 40 to 70 series. These hand-wired amps, IMHO, are still the killer tube amps for clean sounds, with an outstanding vibrato as well, though not for people with back pain. A Fender Twin is lighter. Hohner made a few head versions also.

Not surprising that this store wants to make a nice profit and I also don't think that this guitar will go to player either, despite it's proven merits as a professional's instrument...
