For those who don't recognize the name Jimmy Webb, he was a great songwriter. Among his best-known works are "Wichita Lineman," "By the Time I Get to Phoenix," "MacArthur Park," "Up, Up and Away" "Galveston," and "Didn't We."

I never knew Jimmy Webb wrote that. They used a lot of pro songwriters to write their songs. They gave Harry Nilsson his first break by recording one of his songs, and he was able to quit his day gig at a bank.

I don't know that one, but this one, a Charles Earland arrangement of Denise Williams tune has been my band's closing tune for many years.
